Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumer decisions in buying souvenirs typical of Riau Orange Shop Pekanbaru, this analysis uses a descriptive method, namely grouping and compiling data and information and then analyzing it by linking several relevant theories, then conclusions are drawn, the population in this research is all consumers. who shop at the orange souvenir shop has Riau, while the sampling in this research uses the Slovin formula with a sample of 50 people, data collection is done by questionnaire and accidental sampling method, the results of this research show that all dimensions are categorized as agree. With the highest weights and percentages on the slogan, inventory, and product resistance indicators. It is hoped that this research can be input and improvement for the orange souvenir shop entrepreneur in Pekanbaru so that it can continue to grow and be increasingly recognized.
