Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the leadership style of the head of the puskesmas and work motivation on the job satisfaction of the employees at the Puskesmas Sencano Jaya, Batang Peranap District. The sample was taken using the Non Probability Sampling technique, so that the sample used was 44 respondents. The research data was obtained from questionnaires (primary), and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The analysis technique used instrument test, multiple regression, t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous). The results showed that partially leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Sencano Jaya Public Health Center, Batang Peranap District, and work motivation had a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction at the Sencano Jaya Public Health Center, Batang Peranap District.
