Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of perceived support organization on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pekanbaru City. Sampling using the technique of Non Probability Sampling, so that the sample used as many as 63 respondents. The research data were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature study and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The analysis technique uses instrument test, simple linear regression, correlation test, determination test and t test (partial). The results showed that partially perceived support organization (perceived organizational support) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pekanbaru City with t count 3,556 > t table 1,67022. While the results of the correlation coefficient (r) obtained a value of 0.414 or 41.4%.
