Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and work experience on the quality of work of employees at Angkasa Mart Group Pekanbaru. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method with a population of 45 respondents and a sample of 35 respondents. The types of data used are primary and secondary. The research data were obtained from questionnaires and interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The analysis technique uses instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis test and determination test (R²). The results showed that the results of respondents' responses to each variable showed good responses, while for testing that partially work stress had a negative and significant effect on the quality of work of employees and for work experience had a positif and significant effect on the quality of work of employees at Angkasa Mart Group Pekanbaru . Simultaneous testing shows that work stress and work experience have a positive and significant effect on Angkasa Mart Group Pekanbaru, this is evidenced by the calculated F value > F table. The relationship between the three variables in the strong category while the rest is influenced by other factors that are not discussed further in this study.
