Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of objective of the Lingga Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Public Service (Service Study of Birth Certificate). Indicators for evaluating public services include, service procedures, time of completion, service costs, service products, facilities and facilities, competency of officers. This type of research located in Lingga Regency, Riau Islands Province is a descriptive survey that is prioritizing questionnaires as a means of collecting data and collected data with this tool and then becomes the main raw material for analyzing empirical conditions of the objective objectives of research objectives at meticulous locations. There are 2 populations and samples in this study, namely employees / officers totaling 13 people, the community amounted to 14 people the sample size determined from the total amounted to 27. The three sampling techniques used in this study were census techniques for the head of population, secretariat, Population registration services, civil registration service offices, transfer attendance and residents registration for birth and death, hospital staff, purposive sampling for lingga district civil registration and civil registration officers while for the community using insindetal sampling techniques. The types and techniques of data collection consist of primary data collected by questionnaire and interview techniques and secondary data using observation techniques. While the analytical techniques used by frequency-assisted researchers. Based on this analysis, the researchers concluded that the public service of the population and civil registration services of the district of Lingga (study of picking up birth certificate services at intervals was good enough. Recommendations to consider especially regarding procedures and time of completion repaired again so that the community was satisfied with the service provided by the ball.
