Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Evaluation of the Implementation of Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 12 of 2008 concerning Social Order. Indicators of assessment of the implementation of Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 12 of 2008 concerning Social Order are used based on the theory put forward by N. Dunn, namely the standards of Policy Evaluation are Effectiveness, Responsiveness Accuracy, and Adequacy. The research located in Pekanbaru City uses descriptive survey research type with quantitative research methods that prioritize questionnaire lists to respondents as a means of collecting data collected with this tool and then made materials to analyze the level of implementation of Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 12 of 2008 concerning Social Order . There are five population groups and samples in this study are, 1 Head of Social Service, 1 Social Rehabilitation Section, 1 person Head of Civil Service Police Unit, 99 community members and 50 Beggars. The Social Service and Cemetery in this case are those who conduct Guidance and Training to Beggars based on the Regional Regulation of Pekanbaru City Number 12 of 2008 concerning Social Order. The sample size in this study was 152 people. The sampling technique used in this study was census, purposive sampling and incidental Sanpling. The types and data collection techniques used consist of, primary data collected using questionnaire list and interview techniques and secondary data used using ovarian techniques, while data analysis techniques are used through frequency table tools. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 12 of 2008 concerning Social Order was in the evaluation interval. Decommissioning is used with regard to the addition of facilities and infrastructure and apparatuses to provide maximum training, guidance and control.
