Abstract
The purpose of this research is to measure financial performance in LKM Maju Bersama PNPM Mandiri using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method and the Financial Value Added (FVA) method in 2016-2020. This type of research is quantitative. The type of data used is secondary and the source of data in this study is the financial statements of LKM Maju Bersama with PNPM Mandiri District Limbungan Baru District Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru City. The results of calculations using the financial statements of LKM Maju Bersama PNPM Mandiri showed that the value of EVA in 2016-2020 consecutively resulted in a positive EVA value, which means that in that year it managed to provide economic added value for the company. Likewise, the value of FVA results in a positive value, which means that in that year it provides financial added value for the company. And it is said that LKM Maju Bersama PNPM Mandiri has a good performance.
