Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work conflict and job stress on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pekanbaru. The population of this study is only part of the data on the number of employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pekanbaru about 70 people, the determination of the sample by purposive sampling method, the population is used as the research sample. Therefore, the sample used in this study was 30 respondents, taken from the introduction, lockers, and customer service departments. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, questionnaires, and observation. The data analysis in this research is descriptive analysis, multiple analysis, T test, F test using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that work conflict has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work conflict and work stress have a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pekanbaru.
