Abstract

Effectiveness of the government program implementation of Pekanbaru regarding the Fulfillment of children's right in pekanbaru City has the significant debt is to realize the rights of children’s, Especially in the city of pekanbaru it's the right physics, Right of life, the right to grow, the right to be loved, the right to obtain an indication, the right to obtain National status , the right to obtain food, great to gain access to health, and the right to get recreation In addition, the government program on fulfilling the right of children is very important for the growth of children's, especially those in pekanbaru. the child is the successor of the nation that must be guarded and protected by all dignity and Humanity, as well as for protection from violence and discrimination, for the realization of quality Indonesian child,noble and Prosperous because the fact that the child is Neville to protect himself from various act that inflict mantal, physical, social Harm in various areas of life and livelihood. The purpose of This research is to know about the fulfillment of children right in pekanbaru city and To know the barriers of fulfillment of children right in pekanbaru City. the method used in this research is qualitative research methods on Research that is utilized on investigating discover describe and explain the quality of privilege of social influence . the result of This research is the effectiveness of the implementation of the government of pekanbaru establishment of child worthy program in every school and puskesmas in the form of child friendly Schools child-friendly, but not fully all schools in pekanbaru became a child friendly school because of the lack of participation from the community in attending program socialization as well as many cases of violence occurring in children's especially in government of pekanbaru
