Abstract

Marriage is an important thing in the reality of the life of mankind. With marriage, households can be established and constructed in accordance with religious norms and people's living. Performance is an overview of the level of achievement of the implementation of activities, programmes, wisdom in realizing the objectives, objectives, mission and vision of the Organization. While the service is a series or process of fulfilling others ' needs in the form of service products with a number of traits such as intangible, fast loss, more can be felt than owned and customers can more actively participate in the process of consuming such services. This research aims to determine the performance of the Office of Religious Affairs of the District of Bandar Petalangan people District Pelalawan as well as obstacles in its implementation. The service assessment indicators used are: (a). Comparisons are married at home and in the Office of Religious Affairs, (b). Service fees, (c). Competence of service providers, (d). Facilities and infrastructure.The type of research located in the Sub-district of Bandar Petalangan people is a type of descriptive study, qualitative because this research explores and analyzes the performance of the Office of Religious Affairs in the Marriage service in the district of Bandar Petalangan People District Pelalawan. Qualitative research method is a method of research used, and the results of qualitative research emphasizes the meaning of generaliation. The techniques used in data collection are interviews, observations, and concluded that the performance of the Office of Religious Affairs is good enough. The obstacles that exist in the Office of Religious Affairs in the district of Bandar Petalangan people is the lack of the facility of the offices.
