Abstract

The research is aimed to know the results of the Strategy Unit of the Police Civil Township in Doing Control Merchants Street in District Bengkalis ( Study Market Simpang Padang). Strategic indicators are objectives , programs and policies . Type of Research in doing policing merchant foot five , namely Descriptive ie prioritizing observation , interviews and documentation as a tool in the collection of data and the data that is collected is used as a tool raw in the conditions of empirical which aims to research on the location of the study . Informants are contained in research this is the Member Unit of the Police Civil Service Civil , Employees UPT Protection of Consumers and Development of Industry Small and Medium Enterprises and Merchant Street which becomes the object under study this . Technique Capturing sample using the method of accidental sampling, namely the technique of taking a sample by taking the samples are free , where researchers can take anyone any person who met as samples of the study , with a record of those that meet the criteria of sample penilitian . Based on the research that has been done and based on the theory and concept implementation of curbing merchant sidewalk on basically already done Unit Police Civil Civil and UPT Protection of Consumers and Development of Industry Small and Medium District of Saber. Every trader who violate the rules given calls and letters warning as a form of action and socialization , the direction and guidance that has been done by periodically by the Unit of Police Civil Civil and UPT Protection of Consumers and Development of Industry Small and Medium District of Saber. Based on the technique 's researchers assess and conclude that the Strategy Unit of the Police Civil Service Praja In Doing Control Merchants Street in District Bengkalis ( Study Market Simpang Padang) categorized as good .
