Abstract

To be able to improve a quality service, we must first know whether the services provided to patients or customers have been as expected or not. According to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 44 Year 2009 regarding Hospitals, Health Services is the right of everyone guaranteed in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia which must be realized by efforts to improve the highest level of public health. Therefore the government issued a policy called the BPJS, which means that it is an effort to equalize the health status of all Indonesian people so that there is a need for good cooperation between providers and service providers in order to achieve maximum patient satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the Quality of Health Services in the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Indrasari Rengat, especially in BPJS Inpatients. There are seven key informants and four informants in this study. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. From the results of the study that the quality of health services in the public hospitals in the rengat indrasari district upstream regency (studies of BPJS hospitalized patients) can be said to have run quite well but there are also a number of things that need to be improved so that the creation of services in accordance with patient expectations.
