Abstract

This research is entitled "Management of Sanggar Citra Sebati in Ternbilahan City Riau Province ". This study aims to determine the Management of Sanggar Citra Sebati in Ternbilahan City, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province. Problem which is researched is How the Management of Sanggar Citra Sebati in Tembilahan City Riau Province. The scope of this research is a study of organizational management includes pereroanaan, organizing, mobilizing, and monitoring. Method This research is a descriptive method and the theory used is theory (Achsan Permaz 2003: 19), (Sondeng Siagian 1997: 7). Data collection techniques described are observation techniques, documentation techniques, interview techniques (interview) and display data. The conclusion of this research is Sanggar Management Sebati image is already well founded, it can be seen from the running of the function management such as planning at Sanggar Citra Sebati, namely planning short term (weekly and monthly work program) and long term (program annual work). Among them in the weekly work program such as planning regular training schedule, additional training schedule if needed, member admission new, costume care, and evaluation. Unhrk the monthly work program, namely training in order to perform, prepare training materials, establish methods training, and participating in various ivents. There is an annual work program selection of a core dancer group, and produce dance works. Then there is also incidental work programs and financial management. Next stage Organizational management has also run well in this Cika Sebati studio It can be seen from the regeneration of the studio management and forming a structure organisai sanggar aga "r clarifies the existence and responsibility of each studio administrator. The movement management stage is to follow various ivent-ivent, as well as competitions that exist as a form of movement of what previously planned. The supervision stage carried out by the studio Citra Sebati has also been running well, namely with the existence of proper supervision carried out directly by the head of the studio during the training process, then Supervision is also carried out by the coach and management of the Citra Sebati studio then coordinated with the Sarlggar leadership.
