Abstract

This research was conducted on famele athletes, Mustank Club Pekanbaru, whit total of members were 12. The purpose of this research was to determine " Contribution Leg Muscle Explosive Power And Arm Muscle Strength Against Volleyball Smash Results Putri Club Mustank Pekanbaru". The type of the research was correlation. The research instrumens were vertical jump test, overhead ball throwing test, and volleyball smash test. Based on the results of data analiysis and hipothesis testing, for contribution leg muscle explosive power against volleyball smash results or variable X1 ke Y got it rhitung < rtabel or 0.346 < 0.602, for arm muscle strength to volleyball smash ability or variable X2 ke Y go it rhitung < rtabel atau0.509 < 0.602, while for contribution leg muscle explosive power, arm muscle strength against volleyball smash results or variable X1, X2 to Y go it rhitung < rtabel atau 0.541 < 0.602 discovered there was no significant of leg muscle explosive power and arm musclesStrength against volleyball smash results while there was a contribution of 29% and the rest of it 71% was affected by other facturs.
