Abstract

This study aims to develop electronic module-based teaching materials on material enrichment of biodiversity and its conservation efforts and to test the validity and feasibility of products that have been developed. This study also aims to determine student responses to e-module products developed using the ADDIE development model, but in this study, it is only up to the Development stage. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 31 students majoring in Science at SMAN 3 Sungai Apit. Retrieval of data in this study was obtained through observation, interviews, FGD, validation sheets, and questionnaires. Validation is carried out by experts, namely media experts, material experts, learning experts, and biology teachers. From the research, it was found that the e-module product was very feasible to use, with a presentation level of material experts 93.75% (very feasible), learning experts 87.5% (very feasible), media experts 94.27% (very feasible), and teachers as users 95.14% (very feasible). From the distribution of student response questionnaires, it was obtained 95.18% (very good), students also stated that the product was very easy to use, able to increase learning motivation, and increase students' insights regarding the diversity of mangroves in the Apit River. From this research, it can be concluded that this product is very suitable for use and has received a positive response from all circles so that this product can be disseminated.
