Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the suitability of the accounting application carried out by entrepreneurs of refill drinking water depots in Tualang sub-district, Siak district with the basic concept of accounting. The data collected are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques in this research are interviews, documentation and questionnaires. After all the data is collected then the data is analyzed using descriptive methods so that it can be seen how the suitability of the accounting application carried out by the refill drinking water depot entrepreneur. in tualang sub-district, Siak district with basic accounting concepts. The results obtained from research that have been conducted by researchers are: (1) the businessman of the refill drinking water depot in the tualang sub-district, Siak district still uses the cash basis (2) the refill drinking water depot entrepreneur in the Tualang sub-district, the Siak district has not implemented the concept of business unit (3) the businessman of the refill drinking water depot in the Tualang sub-district of the siak district has implemented the time period concept, (4) the refill drinking water depot in the tualang sub-district of the Siak district has not implemented the concept of continuity in its business, (5) the refill drinking water depot entrepreneur in tualang sub-district, Siak district has not applied the concept of matching in its business. So it can be concluded that the businessmen of refill drinking water depots in the Tualang sub-district of Siak district have not applied the basic concept of accounting.
