Abstract

The Community Health Center is one of the most important public health services for the people of Indonesia. The quality of a health service is considered good if the health service is organized, so that it can cause a sense of satisfaction in every patient. The main target of health services and patient satisfaction can be obtained from the optimal results for each patient and health service centers that need to pay attention to the ability of patients. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Patient Service Function of the Social Security Organizing Agency at the Community Health Center in the District of Logas Tanah Darat, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The method in this study uses the Zeithaml theory (in Hardiansyah, 2011: 42), a qualitative type with a descriptive method that prioritizes the interview list as a data collection tool and makes observations and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the existing services at the health center must be further improved, because there are still many medical personnel who do not provide excellent service to providing social security services (BPJS). In addition, medical personnel still lack clear information to patients, because medical personnel come from volunteer staff where they do not get attention and welfare from the Puskesmas, the Health Office and the Kabuppaten Kuantan Singingi Government. Resulting in them not whole heartedly providing excellent service to patients. For facilities and infrastructure in the health center is sufficient. But there are still some facilities that must be improved again by the Puskesmas.
