Abstract

The study is aimed to determine and review the implementation of Functions Village Consultative Body (BAPEKAM) In Tualang Village District of Tualang. Indicators in research this is how Determination Rule Joint Village Headman, Accommodating Aspiration Society, and how Monitoring Performance Village Headman. Type research which is located in the Office Agency Village Consultative Body (BAPEKAM) Tualang Village is the type of research descriptive, qualitative, because the research is to explore and assess the extent to which the implementation of Functions Village Consultative Body (BAPEKAM) Tualang Village District of Tualang . The method of research Qualitative is a method which where directly down to the location that is useful to know the state of the original that exist in the field or location of study . Techniques are in use for the collection of data in research this is (1) interview , (2) observation , (3) documentation . Based on the technical analysis of the study 's researchers conduct research and conclude that the implementation of Functions Village Consultative Body (BAPEKAM) at the start of the mutual connection of Government hometown , BAPEKAM, and communities , in addition to the in need liveliness member BAPEKAM in knowing and understanding the function for this . Participation of the synergy of government village in produce Products Regulations village who where in need to pick up the complaints public , thus occurs synergy that is very good in the life of society between the Government of the village , BAPEKAM, and Society.
