Abstract

The grid is a reference or a guide used by each teacher when making questions, so the grid is used by the teacher as a tool or instruction when making question items. This phenomenon raises whether the question grid is a guide for the teacher to make the item. The problems of this study are (1) whether the odd semester final exam question lattice of the eighth grade Indonesian Language subject at YLPI Pekanbaru Pekanbaru in the academic year 2017/2018 is in accordance with the lattice components? (2) Does the lattice exam questions for odd semester Indonesian subjects in class VII of YLPI Pekanbaru Pekanbaru in the academic year 2017/2018 comply with the lattice requirements? The data source of this study is the lattice exam questions for odd semester Indonesian subjects in class VII of YLPI Pekanbaru Pekanbaru in the academic year 2017/2018. The approach used is a qualitative approach, while the method used is the content analysis method. In this study the authors used several theories put forward by Arikunto 2012, Sudijono 2013, Hamalik 2013, Sukardi 2012, Purwanto 2013, Isjoni 2003, Directorate of Coaching 2018, Nursal 2007. The results of this study showed that the grating of odd semester final exam questions Indonesian VII grade of Pekanbaru YLPI SMP in the academic year 2017/2018 in terms of lattice components there are two lattice components that are not yet suitable. In terms of lattice requirements there is one lattice requirement that is not yet suitable. The conclusion of the research is the need to do a revision of the document preparation questions grid.
