Golden Consultant can predict the balance in development management. This study uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, namely by analyzing development criteria by taking data by direct interviews with Consultants and Contractors in the Anambas Islands Regency. The results of this study indicate that the potential of this system provides recommendations on the number of workers in port development in Piabung Village, Anambas Islands Regency by generating alternative ranking outputs from the analyzed criteria. Based on the analysis using Simple Additive Weighting and using a web-based application system, it can make it easier to get results from the recommended number of workers. The application of the decision on the recommendation of the number of workers in the local feeder port development project in the Anambas Islands Regency and the design of this software system is said to be feasible to analyze the number of workers using development criteria and alternative numbers of workers to be taken
