Abstract

There are some problems on background of this research which we found at extracurricular of man’s students in SMAN 1 Kampar Utara Kampar Area. They are: there are still many lack in mastery of technique this underhand passing. The students could not do underhand passing well, such as the ball is not in the right target when the ball is touched with hand. It caused the students sight only focus on coming the ball. When they did passing, they did not care about the foot, arm and body position. The students got tired soon in a new exercise begins. Then the kind of exercise is not right yet. The purpose of this research to know “does it have the influence variation training to results of underhand passing extracurricular of man’s students SMAN 1 Kampar Utara Kampar’s Area. The research method using is experiment. Population is the extracurricular of man’s students Kampar Utara Kampar’s Area, as much as 12 students. The instrument is used to increase the underhand passing result during 1 minutes. The analyze technique data is used to know the total of influence variation training method with ttest. Based on analyze data is gotten, it have influence variation training to underhand passing to= 3,566. While Degree of Freedom (Df) 12-1=11. With got df, so we can found ttabel in significant level at 5% in ttabel is 2,201 and 1% in ttabel is 3,106, and t0 is 3,566. So t0 is more than ttable : 2,201<3,566>3,106. It means hypothesis can accepted and it have influence variation training to results of underhand passing in volleyball games. Keyword: The influence Variation, Underhand Passing
