Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Cooperative Labor and Micro Enterprise of Tanjungpinang City with the aim to know the financial performance of the Department of Cooperative Labor and Micro Enterprise of Tanjungpinang City in 2018-2019 which is reviewed from the economic, efficiency and effectiveness elements. The research design used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data sources obtained from primary and secondary data. Where the primary data is the source of information obtained directly at the Department of Cooperative Labor and Micro Enterprise Tanjungpinang City. Secondary data such as literature, journals, theses, and books. Data collection techniques are documentation, literature study. The results of this study showed the performance of the Department of Cooperative Labor and Micro Enterprise of Tanjungpinang City in 2018-2019 2019 has not been fully in accordance with the principle of value for money. This can be reviewed from economic measurements that have achieved quite economical results. Measurement of efficiency of activities carried out efficiently and effectiveness measurement has achieved quite effective results but there are two activities that are not carried out so that the results of achievements are inefficient and ineffective.
