Abstract

Puskesmas is a community health center contained in the decree of the minister of health no. 1457/Menkes/ Sk/ X/ 2003 concering minimum service standars in the district/ city health sector. As for the quality of health services, the researchers used a quantitative method and the population of the puskesmas head, puskesmas staff, and patients seeking treatment at the petalangan airport health center were determined by rendom sampling technique, the type of data collection used is primary data and secondary data, techniques in data collection/ questionnaires, interviews, documentation, and observation, then the data are analyzed descriptively. And also in the quality of health services the authors use the theory according to Herlambang with indicators, reliability, responsiveness, competence, accessibility, ethics, communication, creativity, security, completeness, besed on the results of the analysis, the analysis of the quality of health center in pelalawan district was considered good. Therefore the author expects that the employees of the bandal puskesmas will not prefer to provide services and employees must also use language that is easily understood by patients.
