Abstract
This study aimedat analyzing occupational safety and health on employee performance at PT. Agro Lestari Andalas and to find out whether occupational safety and health influenced employee performance at PT. Andalas Agro Lestari. The population of this study were 114 employees who worked at Production Section of PT. Andalas Agro Lestari.A total sample of 53 people was selected using Slovin formula. Data collection techniques used were observation (direct observation), interviews and questionnaires. Based on the research findings, it was found that the occupational safety and health variable had a significant relationship with employee performance variable with a correlation value (R) of 0.768.In brief, occupational safety and healthinfluenced employee performance positively and significantly. The coefficient of determination value (R2) was 0.590. Besides, a simple linear equation obtained was Y = 14.122 + 0.659x. In conclusion,the changes in employee performance were influenced by occupational safety and health
