Abstract
This learning focuses on the use of ICT media applied by schools to teachers, especially class v SDN 169 Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the use of learning media using ICT in the learning process, to determine the positive and negative impacts of using ICT to students in Class V SDN 169 Pekanbaru, and to find out the obstacles experienced by teachers when using ICT media in the learning process. This research method is qualitative with descriptive data decomposition. The data sources involved 3 classroom teachers, 1 ICT maple teacher and 1 school principal, with research instruments namely interview guidelines, observation guidelines and documentation. This study uses 2 techniques of data validity, triangulation techniques and time triangulation. This data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study conclude that the presence of ICT media in the learning process at SDN 169 Pekanbaru is maximal because ICT learning media will be easy to convey and create a fun learning atmosphere, have a positive and negative impact on teachers and students. Constraints experienced when using ICT media in the learning process are in the infrastructure and in the teachers themselves
