Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of producing a mathematics learning device with a PBL-based model on one variable linear equation material in class VII SMP which has been tested for feasibility. This research is a development research using the modified ADDIE model consisting of 4 stages, namely Analysis (analysis), Design stage (design), and Development stage (development). In the ADDIE model, the researcher did not use the Implementation (trial) stage because school learning in the 2019/2020 school year was carried out online. The data collection technique used a non-test technique, namely by using a validation sheet given to 4 validators consisting of 2 lecturers of FKIP UIR Mathematics Education and 2 Mathematics Lessons teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Singingi Hilir. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The results of the research validation showed that the feasibility of learning tools in the form of lesson plans had an average of 88, 87% in the Very Valid category and for LKPD, the average of the four validators was 91, 03% in the Very Valid category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the development of mathematics learning tools using the PBL model on one variable linear equation material can be tested for validity in junior high schools.
