Abstract

The aim of This research is for produce cooperative learning implementation plans and student's worksheet with cooperative learning method type Think Talk Write (TTW) at valid junior high school. The development of learning tools in this research using R&D model with steps: 1) Potencies and Problems, 2) the data collecting, 3) product design, 4) design validation, 5) design revision, 6) final product. The instrument of collecting data in this research is validation sheet from a mathematics education lecturer of UIN SUSKA RIAU and two mathematics teachers of MTSN 1 pekanbaru. The analysis data technique using validation data analysis. Based on the research, RPP validation value is 88,17% with criteria 'very valid' and validation of LKPD value is 83% wih criteria 'quite valid'. That means, cooperative learning tools type Think Talk Write (TTW) for RPP is on very valid category, and for LKPD is on quite valid.
