Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Organizational Commitment at PT. Pengembangan Investasi Riau. This research was conducted with a descriptive method using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. The sample in the study amounted to 27 employee with the sampling technique using total sampling or census. Measurement of Organizational Commitment through the Dimensions of Affective Commitments, Continuance Commitments, and Normative Commitments. Based on the results of the study, note the results of the analysis of Employee Organizational Commitments at PT. Pengembangan Investasi Riau is in the good category. This shows that the employees of PT. Pengembangan Investasi Riau has realized the importance of a commitment in carrying out its duties and responsibilities so that it can survive and contribute in advancing the company.
