Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of job placement on employee performance at PT. Sari Lembah Subur, Pelalawan Regency. The data used in this study are primary, namely data obtained directly through interviews and questionnaires to respondents and secondary data, namely data or information obtained from documents and reports related to PT. Sari Lembah Fertile. While the sample used was 41 respondents. The data were analyzed by means of a quantitative descriptive technique with the census method. The research data were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature study and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 for windows software. The results showed that partially job placement has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sari Lembah Subur, Pelalawan Regency with t count 6.204> t table 1.684 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. While the contribution given to the study obtained a value of 0.497 or 49.7% and the remaining 50.3% was influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.
