Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. The object of this research is RomensPartyPlanner tenants in Pekanbaru. This research is a quantitative descriptive study and uses SPSS Version 21. The sample used in this research is purposive sampling technique, namely 50 samples. This data collection technique uses observation and questionnaires, the data analysis technique uses simple linear regression. From the data analysis, it can be concluded that hypothesis testing has a positive effect and shows that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
