Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Human Relations and Working Environment Conditions on Employee Performance in the commercial division at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. As for the formulation of the problem in This research is whether Human Relations and Work Environment conditions can affect employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. And in this study the number of samples that I used was 40 person. The results showed that the Human Relations variable and Work environment has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. And the amount of contribution made Human Relations variables and the Work Environment on Employee Performance part of the commercial division at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru, amounting to 0.533 or 53.3%. while 46.7% is influenced by other factors which are not discussed in this study.
