Abstract
BMT is an alternative that can help small businesses to access banking routes that are difficult to access. This research was conducted at KSPPS BMT UMMI, Bagan Sinembah Village, Bagan Sinembah Raya District, Rokan Hilir Regency. While the purpose of this study was to determine the potential for the development of KSPPS BMT UMMI, Bagan Sinembah Village, Bagan Sinembah Raya District, Rokan Hilir Regency, analyzed using SWOT analysis. This type of research uses qualitative research and quantitative research (combination). The population in this study was the director of KSPPS BMT UMMI, employees, and customers/community. Data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires (questionnaire), observation, documentation. Then the data that has been collected is analyzed using SWOT analysis, SWOT Matrix, IE Matrix, and QSPM. Based on the results of the data analysis that the author conducted on the results of the questionnaire at KSPPS BMT UMMI, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence that can be seen from the four SWOT indicators between the indicators of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, as well as from the IE matrix. This is known to be seen from the IFAS Matrix value with a total value of 3.13 while the results from the EFAS Matrix value with a total value of 3.44, meaning that the potential of KSPPS BMT UMMI is in the "good" category so that it can increase the potential of KSPPS BMT UMMI but needs more effort in its development, and from the results of the QSPM analysis the priority strategy with the highest score is to improve the quality of KSPPS BMT UMMI to help the community's economy because it is easy to enter the community and there are few competitors.
