Abstract

This research has been carried out in the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Jalan Kaharuddin Nasution KM 11 No. 113, Perhentian Marpoyan, Air Dingin Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. This research was carried out for 3 months starting from March to May 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interaction and the main influence of various types of bokashi and NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer dosages on the growth and yield of white radish plants. The design used in this study was a Factorial Complete Randomized Design consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is bokashi (Factor B) consisting of 4 levels of treatment, namely (B0) without giving bokashi, (B1) bokashi pineapple skin waste 2 kg / plot, (B2) bokashi banana skin waste kepok 2 kg / plot, (B3) bokashi cabbage vegetable waste 2 kg / plot, and the second factor is the dose of NPK fertilizer 16:16:16 (Factor N) consists of 4 levels of treatment that is without NPK fertilizer 16:16:16 (N0), 8 gr / plot (N1) , 16 gr / plot (N2), 24 gr / plot (N3) to obtain 16 treatment combinations with 3 replications so that there are 48 experimental units. Each plot contained 9 plants and 4 plants used as observational samples so that the whole plant was 432 plants. Based on the results of the study found: the interaction of giving various types of bokashi and NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer dosage significantly on the tuber wet weight. The best treatment is bokashi Kepok banana peel waste and NPK 16:16:16 (B2N3) fertilizer dosage. The main effect of various types of bokashi is evident on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, tuber length, tuber wet weight, tuber volume and dry stover weight of the plant. The best treatment is bokashi kepok banana skin waste (B2). The main effect of 16:16:16 NPK fertilizer dosage was significantly on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, tuber length, tuber wet weight, tuber volume and dry stover weight of the plant. The best treatment is NPK 16:16:16 (N3) fertilizer.
