Abstract

Analysis Of Community Empowerment Through The Savings And Loan Village Economic Business Program (UED-SP) In Tengganau Village, Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency By Erna Silitonga 177110465 ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and analyze community empowerment through the Savings and Loans Village Economic Business Program (UED-SP) in Tengganau Village, Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency. The indicators used include awareness and behavior formation, ability transformation, and level of ability. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive survey, while the data collection techniques used are primary data collected by using questionnaires, interviews. and secondary data collected using the observation documentation technique. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher can conclude that Community Empowerment through the Savings and Loans Village Economic Business Program (UED-SP) in Tengganau Village, Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency is categorized as Good Enough. The inhibiting factors are the lack of firmness and sanctions for handling arrears, and the lack of guidance, assistance and supervision from the sub-district. Therefore, the UED-SP program has not empowered the people of Tengganau Village.
