Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the 2020 Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget Management in Pandau Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The indicator used in the management is planning. implementation, administration, reporting. and accountability The type of research located in Pandau Jaya Village is descriptive, which describes the reality encountered in the field as it is regarding spoken and written words, and the behavior that can be observed from the people being researched relating to the problem of Revenue Budget Management. and Village Expenditures in 2020 in Pandau Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. There were informants in this study, namely the village head, village officials, and community leaders. The types and techniques of data collection used in this study consisted of primary data collected using interviews and observation and secondary data collected through documentation techniques While the data analysis techniques used in this study were data reduction, data presentation stage, and conclusion drawing stage. Based on this analysis technique the researcher concludes that the Management of the 2020 Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Pandau Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency has been going well. However, due to the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic in March, the previously planned activities were delayed and replaced with new activities, namely the Village government focused on dealing with the spread of COVID-19 and the economy in Pandau Jaya Village. Barriers to the management of the 2020 Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Pandau Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency, namely in 2020 there is a change in the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget and the use of Village Funds is prioritized for overcoming the economic impact of the Corona Virus Disease pandemic. Then there are suggestions in this study, namely the Village Government should consider using village funds appropriately because the covid-19 pandemic does not know when it will end, so it does not interfere with village development or activities that were previously delayed and have appropriate strategies so that these activities can implemented, and the Village Government in providing financial assistance should provide socialization.
