Abstract

The National Amil Zakat Board of Kampar Regency is a non-structural government institution that is independent as an official institution that functions as the management executor in managing zakat in Kampar Regency in accordance with the Kampar Regency Regional Regulation No.2 of 2006 concerning Management of Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah. In the implementation of Zakat Management, BAZNAS Kampar Regency has the task of collecting, distributing and utilizing Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah (ZIS) in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law. As for the main problem in this thesis is the implementation of zakat management by BAZNAS Kampar Regency in terms of Kampar Regency Regional Regulation No.2 of 2006 concerning the Management of Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah and what are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors faced by BAZNAS Kampar Regency. The research method used was sociological or by means of a survey, where the authors conducted research by going directly to the field by conducting interviews in Kampar Regency. While the nature of this research is descriptive, which provides an overview and describes the problem or study under study, namely the implementation of the management of zakat funds by the National Zakat Agency of Kampar Regency. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of zakat fund management by the National Zakat Agency of Kampar Regency has so far been implemented in accordance with applicable regulations. But there are several obstacles in managing akat, namely there are still many muzakki who directly want to give their zakat to people who receive zakat and there is still distrust of the BAZNAS administrators in terms of zakat management in Kampar district.
