Abstract
This study aims to analyze the magnitude of the contribution of income and welfare of Tofu Home Industry Workers in Kampar Regency. The data used in this study are primary data. The respondents of this study were 30 people. The results of this study indicate that the average income of tofu home workforce ranges between Rp. 1,500,000 - Rp. 5,000,000 / month. In this study the data were analyzed descriptively, namely by providing a general picture through the variables studied and with explanations and calculations based on the results of the research data. It is known that the amount of income earned by home industry workers earns Rp. 1,500,000 - Rp. 2,500,000 as many as 5 people with a percentage of 6.67%. while workers who earn Rp. 2.501.000- Rp. 3,000,000 is 23 people with a percentage of 76.67%. Then the Income and Welfare of the Tofu Industry Home Workers in Kampar Regency is said to be reasonable or above KHL.
