Abstract
This research aims to determine whether or not there is a significant indirect effect of wage levels, technology and the amount of production on labor absorption in the creative design and fine arts industry in the city of Pekanbaru, to determine whether or not there is a significant direct influence on wage levels, technology and the amount of production on the absorption of labor in the creative industry in Pekanbaru City. The number of samples taken was 15 pekejra with purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and in-depth interviews, while the technique of labor elasticity was obtained from the growth of labor absorption. The result of labor growth and business unit growth was 0.5031%, so it has a positive and significant effect.
