Abstract
Economic growth is a process of increasing productive capacity in an economy continuoisly over tme so as to produce an increasingly large level of output income from year to year. The purpose of this research is to see how much influence the goverment and labor have on the rate of economic growth in Kampar regency. The research method uses multiple regression analysis using data spanning 10 years from 2009 to 2018. Based on the results of the research, the results show that government spending has a positive and significant effect on the rate of economic growth in Kampar district. Meanwhile, labor has no positive and significant effect on the rate of economic growth in Kampar district.
