Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out “The influence of Halal Label, Customer Bonding and Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty DRW Skincare in the Kulim Jaya Village, Indragiri Hulu”. The population, which is taken by researchers, is only part of the total consumer data of DRW Skincare in Kulim Jaya Village, Lubuk Batu Jaya. Determination of the sample using the Hair theory method, namely 5 X Number of Indicators with 11 total indicators contained in this study. Therefore, the sample used in this study was 55 consumers. Data collection techniques used in this study using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 application tools. Based on the results of the calculations above, it is known that the halal label variable, customer bonding has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on customer loyalty, while simultaneously halal label, customer bonding and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on loyalty. customers partially and simultaneously
