Abstract

In accordance with the times, the sharia hotel business is expected to continue to experience maximum growth following the development of humans who always want to advance and are aware of the importance of Islamic values. Sharia hotels also play an important role in cleaning up the bad image of hospitality in Indonesia which is why the sharia hotel business needs to exist Indonesia. Organizational commitment is a condition in which an employee sides with a particular organization and its goals and desires to activate it in that organization. The aim of the study is to determine the Organizational Commitment of D'lira Syariah Hotel Pekanbaru. This research was conducted using a descriptive method using data primary. The population in this study were 22 people from this study taken all employees to be the research sample. The sampling technique was determined using the census method. The results showed that organizational commitment at Hotel D'lira Syariah Pekanbaru was in a fairly good category. This can be seen from how employees work and do their jobs that have a good enough work commitment so that they can survive and support the company name so that it can continue to grow.
