Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze partially and simultaneously the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Astra Isuzu Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company. The sampling technique used in this study was Saturated Sampling, which is a sample taken based on a population. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive statistical analysis and SPSS 26 testing. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and work motivation partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Astra Isuzu Pekanbaru.
