Abstract
This research was conducted aiming to determine the suitability of accounting conducted by curtain companies in Pekanbaru with SAK EMKM. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru. In accordance with this research the object of research is the curtain business in Pekanbaru. The population in the study amounted to 49 curtain businesses and the sample of this study amounted to 21 respondents based on data obtained at the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Pekanbaru. Analysis of the data in research that is data collected are primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods needed for the thesis material are documentation, interviews and observations. While the data analysis uses descriptive methods. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the analysis of the application of accounting in the curtain business in Pekanbaru is not in accordance with SAK EMKM.
