Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the quality factor of the water war festival in Selatpanjang, Meranti Island regency. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis, data collection was done by means of questionnaires, interviews and documentation, with the population being all visitors and participants of the war festival. water in the district of the islands of Meranti. The number of samples of 100 respondents was taken from the frequency table of the student's choice of program using the purposive sampling method. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis, namely by explaining the relevant theories. This research states from 6 dimensions of festival quality, namely 1.fasilitas (facilities), 2.staf (staff), 3.fasilitas nyaman (comfortable facilities), 4.ketersedian informasi(information availability), 5.kenyaman(convenience), 6.program (proggram) which is divided into 30 questions in previous research is still relevant to use for research.
