Abstract

This study intends to understand the effect of physical and non-physical work environments on employee job satisfaction at PT. Dynamics of Pekanbaru Archipelago Fruit. The sampling method used was proportional random sampling and obtained a total sample of 144 respondents from 207 employees in the company. The results of these studies indicate 1. Simultaneous test results of physical work environment and non-physical work environment respectively have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT.Dinamika Buah Nusantara. 2. Based on the partial test of the physical work environment, it is shown that it has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. 3. Based on the partial test, the non-physical work environment has a positive and not significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
