Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy, investment opportunities, and profitability on investment decisions in property and real estate companies listed on the IDX. This study used purposive sampling techniques and samples selected by 17 property and real estate companieslisted on the IDX. The analysis of data on this study used multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously the dividend policy, investment opportunities and profitability significantly affected on investment decisions. Meanwhile, partially, dividend policy, investment opportunities and profitability is positively and significant effect on investment decisions.
