Abstract
Teamwork is a work system that is done by two or more people to get the goals that are planned together. Efficiency means how the company achieves its goals successfully without being able to make the company spend big with good teamwork. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between teamwork and Increasing Work Efficiency at PT Riau Graindo Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at PT Riau Graindo Pekanbaru, which is located at Sidomulyo Barat Village, Tampan District, Panam, Pekanbaru, to be precise at KM 10.5 from the center of Pekanbaru City. The number of samples taken was 53 people who came from employees of PT Riau Graindo Pekanbaru. To analyze the data, Pearson correlation was used, statistical calculations were carried out using the help of the SPSS Windows program. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between Teamwork and Work Efficiency, amounting to 0.939.
