Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of empowerment of office employees at PT. Inecda Plantations, West Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The number of samples used was 23 employees, using saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. Based on the results of data analysis on the empowerment of office employees at PT. Inecda Plantations, West Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency is categorized as good.
