Abstract
The purpose of this study is to see what kind of work skills required of employees at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (PERSERO) Sungai Pakning Branch. The number of samples used was 21 employees, while the sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. Based on the results of data analysis of the workability of employees at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (PERSERO) can be categorized as good, judging from the knowledge, skills and attitudes possessed by employees are in accordance with the provisions in achieving company goals.
