Abstract
This research was conducted in Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City. in connection with this research, the object of which is the Livestock Feed Business in Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City. The problem that is examined in this research is whether the application or application of accounting by animal feed entrepreneurs is in accordance with the basic concepts accounting. The purpose of this research is to find out the application of accounting by animal feed entrepreneurs whether it is in accordance with the basic concept of accounting in carrying out its business. Data collected in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques such as questionnaires, structured interviews, observations, and documentation, then after the data is obtained then the data are analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. Based on the results of research that has been done, it can be concluded that the adoption of accounting in the Animal Feed business in the District of Payung Sekaki, Pekanbaru City has not been in accordance with the basic accounting concepts.
